When you decide to consider working with us we are already thinking of the next steps for the collaboration startup. Some steps can be combined or order changed depending on each situation.
Confidentiality agreement | By signing a NDA agreement, we build a confidentiality framework between both parties - you and us. Now we can analyze business opportunities in depth. |

Request for information | We respond to RFI with all data and information needed for you to take a decision - similar projects, technical and business experience, CVs of the team, presentations. |
Request for project | We will listen; we communicate with you to understand your project request. Our specialists create a feasibility study in respect to our knowledge to see how the project can be realized with maximum benefit for you. In this phase it is possible that sometimes a small prototype is created in order to prove the concept/technical approach/ collaboration model. |
Collaboration agreement | All details are established in a framework contract. Details: delivery model, confidentiality, ownership, other working agreements. After this framework has been created we can set up different work orders for different stages / projects – depending on how we decide to organize the work. |
Projects | Here we are developing our projects – each project can a have different setup in terms of project management (method), budget, delivery and other aspects that are defined by the project. |
