Our collaboration with Hale Universale consisted in implementing a Document Management solution. Our collaborators considered that, taking into account the nowadays reality of increasing paper flow, paper archive is no longer a profitable option. The only reliable alternative becomes a software application for document management and electronic archiving. That's why the company decided that the application is a basic condition for a good organization and development of its activity.

The solution implemented for Hale Universale is ConnAct, a Document and Knowledge Management solution for document, project and knowledge management. The system is built on Domino/Lotus platform, facilitating direct access (based on access levels) to all important information inside an organization, archived and updated.
