Processes

Our processes are project oriented and we are using different approach for each project that we have to develop for our customers.

We like to keep IT simple, that is why we are always looking for the best process that will sustain a successful project. To this end, our team naturally incorporates agile methods (RUP, eXtreme Programming and Scrum) in our working processes.

We successfully used Prince2 methodology for large implementation and development projects combined with RUP methodologies for gaining fine control on particular activities such as business modeling, design, and architecture.

One important aspect of our processes is that all phases are supported by IT infrastructure – that means we are in control of the process.

Project Management

A project will be as successful as the project manager is committed to be.

Our project managers are experienced specialists that have conducted more than 15 projects and they are in position to create realistic plans for software development (estimation of effort and time), and to execute the plan with the right output in terms of productivity and quality.
